Writer, product marketeer, and perpetual problem-solver.
How do humans interact with technology and media? This question has been the constant focus of my work, experiences, and interactions.
With a degree in journalism and psychology, I somehow stumbled upon the startup world. Since then, it has always been a task to explain to friends, "So, what do you do?"
Straight out of college, I started managing operations for a small media startup. I managed their client base and soon became the point of contact when any fire needed to be put out. Interrogating my interaction with social media, I became a keen observer and writer of social media trends.
At Dineout (Times Internet) and Swiggy, I took my love for consumer psychology and writing to help them craft micro-copies across business lines. I helped the former with B2B marketing, creating the largest knowledge repository of the system, and educating the product and design folks about content design.
My time at Swiggy was an interesting one because of the scale and the speed at which we were interacting with consumers. To observe consumers interaction patterns and then solve for those nuances was a challenge that I loved.
Currently, I am creating content strategies within the strategy, design, and innovation team at Wells Fargo. My central focus here is creating processes and systems that help bridge the gap between users and technology.
